Please pray for Cheryl Goley. She is back in the hospital for treatment for some blood clots in her leg. She is receiving a blood thinner and they will be putting a screen in to catch any blood clots. They believe this is due to some of the medications. Dan thanks you for your prayers!

PRAISE REPORT: 6-19-09

I am sharing with you a praise report. I just got off the phone with my friend Noemi. She is overjoyed! She and her husband were able to take baby Alex home today for the very first time. As we were talking, daddy was holding his son in the recliner, something he only could wish for before. She wanted me to let you all know how grateful they are for all the love, support and prayers over these past months. She said it meant so much to them and Alex.We can all praise the Lord together for his goodness and mercy!

UPDATE - MELODY PULLIAM

Post Surgery Report: Breast Cancer

Melody was given a "poor" chance of recovery by her oncologist yesterday. She is stage 1 but grade 3 and triple negative, not a candidate for hormone therapy. The doctor canceled her appointment with the radiologist. Basically, the doctor says that the pathology gathered by the surgeon is not matching the blood. Dr. Young thinks the cancer is in Melody's bloodstream. Melody will have surgery pretty soon to put in a port for chemo.

Melody was okay last night but wants specific prayer that the doctors will figure this out quickly and start her treatment.

Let's join together in contending for Melody's complete healing and a testimony to the doctors and nurses in a reversal of their prognosis!

Please pray for Tommy Barnett. He was hit by a drunk driver, is in a coma and has less than a ten percent chance of survival. He is the high school classmate (Weatherford), and of one of our attorneys here.

One of the guys I work with just found out that his mother has been diagnosed with cancer . I don't know what type but it is in her lungs , liver and a small growth is in her brain. Her growth in the brain is small and they got good news yesterday that they think they can get it with radiation. this week she will be going through an agressive round of chemo and radiation daily. I told him yesterday that Sharon and I would be praying for her and that I would put in a prayer request for her.Please pray for her healing and for strength , to get through it and that the treatments would be successful.Also to lift up her family and any other needs there may be.
