Please join me in praying for Gary Bynum.  Gary will be going in for back surgery this Thursday at 11:00 AM. The doctors will remove the obstruction that is pinching his nerve and causing the pain. UPDATE:  SEPTEMBER 2, 2007

Kittye Rivers went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 3rd.  Let us rejoice in her being in the presence of the Lord and uphold her husband and family in our prayers.

Please pray for Kittye Rivers, a friend and teacher at Aledo Christian School. Kittye is in ICU isolation with serious complications resulting from problems with her intestine and immune system. Please join me in asking the Lord for a restorative miracle in Kittye's life.

1. Please pray for my father, age 80, who is ill and going down steadily.

2. Please pray for my brother Robert who is very ill with complications with his spleen and pancreas. Robert is only 38 years old, and the doctors do not give much hope. Please pray for a miracle in his life.

Having suffered a severe staph infection, my doctor asked the question "Why are you still alive"?  I told him, "Because God has not finished with me yet". Two unrelated physicans have asked the same question, "Why are you still alive?"  I feel it is through the intervention of prayer and the uplifting of loved ones.

Joan Bynum called to let us know that Zoe is doing wonderfully from her surgery and they are able to increase her nutritional intake.  This is a wonderful answer to prayer!  Praise the Lord!  Thank you for your prayers!

Please pray for Gary & Joan's baby grandaughter Zoe. She will be having surgery on Thursday, August 16. She has had liver complications and they will be inserting a new feeding tube so that she can receive the proper nutrition. Please also lift up Zoe's mother Sara who is staying wtih Gary and Joan.

Thought you might like to see a true miracle on foot!  We left the hospital this afternoon. Thank you for your prayers and please join Donna and I in thanking
and praising the Great Physician who healed our son.  Please forward this message to those who, you contacted on Ryan's behalf. Also, please continue to keep Chase Frost in your prayers so that we can soon celebrate his recovery just as we celebrate Ryan's.

Update 8/18/07

Thanks to all of you for your support and your prayers. I am happy to report that Ryan has truly turned the corner today and had his breathing tube removed around 1:30 this afternoon. He is awake and trying to talk to us, but his voice is still pretty weak. He is taking ice chips by mouth and acts like he can't get enough of them. We will likely move to a regular hospital room tomorrow and hopefully will be able to go home two or three days after that. This thing seems to be getting better at about the same rate that it came on!

Update:  8/15/07

Those who were at the meeting Sunday night will remember this prayer request - now the young man has been diagnosed with a very serious condition.  The disease turns out not to be Rocky Mountain Spider Fever.  Please undergird this family for God's strength, peace, and healing power to be upon them.

Dear Fellowship Family:

This is a urgent prayer request .  I ask you to take time to lift this family up as quickly as you can.  Please pray for Bob and Donna Sewell, their 16 yr. old son, Ryan is in ICU tonight with what they think right now is Rocky Mountain Spider Fever. He's on a venilator that's helping him breathe in order for his body not to have to fight so hard to breathe on it's own.  We all know that we don't have to know someone to PRAY for them.  They are scared but know they beleive in a BIG God and HE's at work. 

He picked up a tick bite last month in Kentucky and hasn't had any symptoms up to this point.  While in CO. visiting friends this week, he started running fever and complaining of pains throughout his body.  After going to the ER there his parents decided that it was best to bring him home and let the doctors that they know here take care of him. 

They are asking God for a miracle and to restore Ryan back to them.  Will you do the same and ask the Father for HIS will to be done, but not to be afraid to ask for BIG things, since we serve a BIG God...let's agree!!!!

Thanks for taking this to the throne room for this family.  Pray for Donna to be able to get some REST, along with the others in the family.

Just wanted to let y'all know the good news.  I got a job!  PTL!  God's hand was so obviously in it.  I saw an ad for a position at Jamak in the Sunday Weatherford paper.  I e-mailed my resume Monday morning, and on Tuesday morning got a call back wanting me to come for an interview that morning.  I went and did the tests, was interviewed, and had been back about an hour when they called and told me I was hired and they wanted me to start work the next day.  So, today was my first day on the job.  Is that God or what!?!  He's so good!  Thanks for y'all's prayers.

Prayer Request From Eddie Reed

A friend of Eddie Reed has asked for prayer for the families of five young people who were in an auto accident over the weekend.  Four died and one is paralyzed.  He is requesting prayers for the kids and all those grieving their loss and the long-term healing and well-being of the survivor.
